Terms
By using LotBrief you agree to the following.
What you get. A sale brief is a one-time purchase ($29 as an early-bird pre-order, $49 once published) of an analysis for a single California tax-deed sale: a filtered shortlist, per-parcel reasoning, trap checks, and a CSV export. It is information, not advice, and not a recommendation to bid.
Refunds. Every brief carries a 7-day, no-questions refund — email hello@lot-brief.com within 7 days for a full refund. Pre-orders are additionally refunded in full, automatically, if we cannot produce the brief for the sale (for example, if the sale is cancelled or postponed past usefulness).
No guarantees. We do not warrant the accuracy or completeness of any data, and we do not guarantee any outcome from using a brief. Tax-deed investing carries risk of loss. You are responsible for your own diligence and decisions.
Liability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, LotBrief and its operator are not liable for any loss arising from your use of this site or any brief, including bidding decisions and property purchases.
Changes. We may update these terms; material changes will be posted on this page.
